Description

Our Ruby cocoa Baumkuchen with sugar sprinkles tastes fruity and sweet with a note of raspberry. It sounds like fruit glaze. But it is chocolate. It is obtained from the rare ruby cocoa bean. Its distinctive colour and its unique flavour emerge during the roasting process. And it is therefore free of colourings and fruit flavourings. Finished with colourful sugar sprinkles, this Baumkuchen is a feast for the eyes.
